Ellen is a 1990 graduate of and currently on the faculty at the Massage Institute of New England (MINE) teaching a Deep tissue program and the Art of Touch. She is certified in Kinesis Myofascial Integration and Zero Balancing. She is also a graduate of the Gestalt Institute of New England. Ellen has an extensive background in working with the elite athlete as well as the weekend warrior and strives to combine her treatments with physical therapists, acupuncturists, chiropractors, and psychotherapists. The modalities Ellen uses are Deep tissue, Kinesis Myofascial Integration, Prenatal massage, Structural alignment, Swedish massage, Zero Balancing and CranioSacral Therapy. She is an approved Category A provider for National Certification.

Lori Herman is a licensed acupuncturist and massage therapist. She is a firm believer in preventative maintenance and a balanced lifestyle. Lori promotes acupuncture along with massage, exercise, and proper nutrition in order to strive for health and wellness. In many cases, Lori incorporates both acupuncture and massage within a session to achieve the maximum benefits that both have to offer. She treats many ailments including back pain, headaches, arthritis pain, infertility, menopausal symptoms, gynecological issues, depression and general well being.

Sharmane Simard  MEd.,LMHC, LMT

Sharmane Simard, MEd.,LMHC, LMT

Sharmane is a graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy and is a Registered Jin Shin Do® acupressurist as well as a licensed mental health counselor. She is certified in music therapy, Transformational Kinesiology and Gestalt Therapy. Her sessions provide a wide range of holistic techniques for the purpose of pain relief, repetitive motion injury correction, stress reduction, and body/mind integration. The modalities Sharmane uses are Deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, Sports massage, Swedish massage, Hot Stones therapy, Acupressure, Body/Mind Psychotherapy and Transformational Kinesiology.

Mary Curry, OTR/L, LMT, NCTMB

Marie Curry, OTR/L, LMT, NCTMB

Marie is a 2000 graduate of MINE. Marie is an experienced, licensed occupational therapist as well as a massage therapist. She uses her ergonomics/body mechanics background to support her client’s progress. The modalities Marie employs include Deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, Sports massage, CranioSacral therapy, Lymph drainage therapy, Neuromuscular therapy and Prenatal massage.

Bob Ell, LMT, BA

Bob Ell, LMT, BA

Bob is a graduate of MINE from the Deep tissue program focusing on neuromuscular changes in the body through massage. He is also an accomplished amateur athlete, which includes a Hawaiian Ironman Triathlon world championship finish in 2000. Bob continues to expand his knowledge focusing on neuromuscular techniques and sports injury. The modalities he uses are Deep tissue massage, Sports massage, Swedish massage, and Structural Alignment.

Kate Willett LMT, PhD

Kate is a graduate of MINE in the Clinical Massage Therapy program, focusing on Deep tissue massage. She is a research scientist and brings a deep understanding and appreciation of biology and physiology to her practice. As an experienced athlete, she is interested in working with clients to achieve their goals using her intuitive approach to therapeutic massage. The modalities Kate uses are Deep tissue, Swedish, Prenatal massage and Sports massage.

Tricia Silverman, RD, LDN, MBA

Tricia, a licensed and registered dietitian, has been a fitness and nutrition enthusiast since she was a child. She graduated with honors from the State University of New York and the Babson College MBA program, and completed a clinical internship at the rigorous and competitive Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women's Hospital Dietetic Internship program. Tricia has extensive nutrition education experience including time spent as the Director of Nutrition for the prestigious Canyon Ranch Health Resort in the Berkshires. Tricia enjoys helping clients set and reach their nutritional goals.

Antonina Colbert NCBTMB, LMT

Antonina Colbert, NCBTMB, LMT

Antonina approaches massage with the understanding that the body is integrally related to the mind and spirit, and that optimum health is the balance of all three. Her focus is the prevention and elimination of pain. Her practice addresses repetitive stress injury, recovery from accidents, muscular and skeletal imbalances, raising body awareness to help improve posture habits and release stress held as chronic pain in the body.

She works with the massage recipient to create a therapeutic treatment that best addresses their needs and allows them to move with increased awareness and ease. She incorporates a variety of modalities including Deep Tissue, Swedish, Thai Yoga, Acupressure, Tui Na, and Reiki.

Antonina graduated at the top of her class from the Massage Institute of New England's 800-hour program. She is certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), and also holds a Reiki I certification.

Joyce Ramsay-Graye

Joyce Ramsay-Graye L.M.T, Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Certified Black Belt

Joyce is 1996 Graduate from the New Center Collage of Holistic Medicine and Research and studied at the Yoga Anand Ashram on Long Island New York. Receiving her Black Belt in 1983, her career began teaching Martial Arts and now specializes in rehabilitative exercise, incorporating Strength Training, Yoga Postures and Stretching as well as Massage Techniques in a personalized approach to health and Fitness.
