From 128 North or South
- Take 15A, Route 1 North, Dedham.
- Immediately move into left lane and turn left towards Route 1A at the first set of lights.
- Bear right at the first set of lights onto Washington Street.
- Stay right lane for one mile (stay right at lights).
- The large gray Ames Schoolhouse building is on your right.
- There is parking in both the front and back of the building. Myotech Combined Therapies is in the lower level, Suite LL7. (Lower Level)
Route 1 South-Dedham
- Turn right onto Eastern Avenue at the Gulf Station.
- Turn left onto Bryant and left onto Washington Street.
- Ames Schoolhouse is on the left next to fire station.
Via public transportation from downtown Boston/Copley Square
- #39 bus to Forest Hills.
- #34 bus to Washington Street and High Street in Dedham
- This bus runs every 30 minutes at 15/45 minutes past the hour.
